Technical Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in 2D/3D/4D ultrasound machines. Replace defective components and perform board-level repairs when necessary. Client Support & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with biomedical teams, doctors, and hospital management. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain service logs, preventive maintenance reports, and breakdown records.
